Milk...It does a body good!

So it was time for Carson's 2 week appointment today. I was excited to go because I really wanted to see how much weight he had gained. I've been so worried that Carson isn't getting enough to eat and it's pretty much impossible to know how much he is getting when I'm breastfeeding. Anyway the good news is...He has gained weight. He weighs 9 lbs. 8 oz. and is 22 inches long. I was so happy. Yes he is a big boy already. It's great. The pediatrician said I should be proud because it's because of me that he is growing and gaining weight. I was like...Heck yes I'm proud! Ha Ha. He also said that it is obvious that Carson got his good looks from his dad because I still have my good looks. He is a funny guy. Chill was able to do a rotation a few months ago with our pediatrician and so he knows Chill and is always making jokes about him. Well after the appointment I went out to my parents house to hang out for a bit and then it was off to the salon to get my hair cut and colored. My mom watched Carson for me so that I could have a little time to myself. Min said she would cut and color my hair for my birthday. Birthday, what birthday. I can't believe my birthday is on Tuesday. It just came so fast. I'm going to be 25 and I am not sure how I feel about that. It makes me feel OLD! Well I had a great time at the salon. It was just what I needed. I got my hair colored and cut and Min also waxed my brows. It was just so nice to be pampered a little. I enjoyed my time away from Carson, but I was ready to get back to him when I was done. Thanks Mom and Min, you guys are the best!

So I know my hair doesn't look much different from this point of view, but the back has some really cute layers. I should have taken a picture of the back, but I didn't. Yes my eyes are very bloodshot, but hey, it's all good.
