ARIZONA!

We were able to take another trip to Arizona for our nephews blessing this past weekend. Chill was finally able to come with us. We had such a great time. Chill was going to fly out Friday night and hang out with my sister and her family, and then Carson and I were going to fly Saturday morning with the rest of my family. (we booked our tickets at different times) Anyway when Chill was getting ready to board the plane they offered a $400 flight voucher to anyone that would wait and go on the next flight. Of course Chill jumped at that chance and so he was going to hang around at the airport until the next flight which he thought was about 3 hours from that time...well it turns out the flight was actually the next morning. I must admit I was a little mad because I knew my neice was really looking forward to hanging out with Uncle Chillin before everyone else showed up. It took me awhile but I finally got over it. The airline also put Chill up in a hotel for a night and gave him some meal vouchers. I tell you...he always lucks out!!! We all eventually made it to Arizona Saturday morning. Carson was an ANGEL on the way there. He had a great time and even fell asleep sitting on my lap (that NEVER happens) The way back was another story. He was already tired (and still teething) so he was not happy. He had a screaming episode just like the last time we flew home from Arizona. I of course get all uptight and stressed, but he eventually gave up and fell asleep! All the people around us were super nice about it which always helps. There was one guy that let me know that he had to put his ear plugs in because Carson was so loud. I just had to laugh!

Our trip was great. On Saturday night our friend Nick came out to my sisters house to visit us. We had planned to drive to Tempe to see him and his place, but Carson was already in bed so he was nice enought to come see us. It was so fun to see him and chat with him for a bit. I of course went to bed early, but Chill was able to stay up and talk to him. Our cute little nephew Logan was blessed on Sunday which was awesome and I was so glad were could be there. Chill had to go home Sunday night which was sad, but the rest of us stayed until Tuesday. We were able to go to Fashion Plaza in Scottsdale which was AMAZING. I would love it if I could shop there all the time. It is seriously so beautiful! We also went to the Cheesecake Factory which is one of my favorites. We just had a great time being together!
