Livin' the High Life!!!

Well I want you all to know that Chill is doing just fine. He is still in Russia, but I'm not sure he has plans to head back to the U.S. anytime soon. I was praying all night that I wouldn't get a text message from him because then there might be the possibility that he was on the plane home and wasn't able to text. Well at 3:00 a.m. I got a text that said "Your husband didn't make the New York but he may have made Atlanta he will get a hold of you somehow and he said happy anniversary." (the text came from some American he was with at the airport that was trying to get home as well.) I was like...Dang, but at the same time I was way too tired to think about it so off to bed I went with the hope he was on the plane to Atlanta. Once again I was praying I wouldn't get another text message. Well at 7:00 a.m. I got a text that said "Can you get on skype? I'm getting on now." I was like...okay apparently he didn't get on the Atlanta flight either. So I ran and hoped on the computer and was able to talk to Chill. This is where the story gets good. He says to me check out my place and he proceeds to show me this INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL hotel room. I think to myself only Chill would pull of something like this. Well apparently he met a guy that is also trying to get home who works for the Ritz Carlton I think he said in D.C. So he was able to get a major discount at the Ritz Carlton in Moscow. You can't even believe this place. I was like...um hello that's all fine and dandy, but I thought you were supposed to spend your anniversary with your wife in a nice hotel...not another dude! Ha ha. So for all of you that were worried about Chill...worry no longer. He is being well taken care of and is living the high life. In fact I just barely got a text that said he is checking out the town with the locals. Sounds like he is having a great time to me. He'll head back to the airport in the morning to see if he can get on the flight tomorrow. On the last flight they let 5 people on and he was the 6th person in line. I'm now starting to think he probably let someone go ahead of him so he could stay in Russia another day and spend his time in luxury!! Here are some pictures I pulled off the web...
