
Do you ever just have those days where you feel totally Fat? Yeah well I've have a few of those lately. I shouldn't be complaining because it's my own dang fault. I haven't really exercised since Carson was born. That is 7 MONTHS. That is awful! I was totally a faithful gym goer when I was pregnant, but my pass expired a few months ago. So I guess I have a few options. 1. I could sit and complain about it some more and eat more food, or 2. I could get a new gym pass. Good things Christmas is coming! That sounds like a perfect gift!

I so feel for you!! I know how those days feel. Especailly right after a baby. It's hard getting back! I say, give it a year. It took 9 months to get that baby here it should take at least that long to get yourself back. Anyway for whats it's worth I think you look amazing!! BTW that is so awesome you workout when you were pregant. It's been 7 months and I haven't even lifted a muscle!
Last Christmas I put on 11 pounds in November and then 4 in December. I was 7 months pregnant, but it didn't help that I had a goodd fattening glass of eggnog every afternoon, followed by some hot chocolate and whatever other junk was lying around the house!
This year I pledge to be different, I eat a green salad with watered down sald dressing every day for lunch, in hopes to balance my injestion of massive amounts of holiday food!!!
Come to Gold's with me!! They have the best 8:30 classes!!
lol, I totaly know how you feel! I am in the same boat! At least you were faithful to your workouts while you were pregant, I worked out about once every two week, not good. I agree with Heidi it took nine months to get that way I am trying to be patient and give it at least that long to get off! :)
